Lindsay’s Brenna Kelly - Athlete Spotlight Presented By Harley-Davidson World
Currently a junior at Lindsay High School, Brenna Kelly is a member of the sideline and competitive cheer squads at Lindsay HS. Kelly loves being a part of the squad and she is looking forward to her senior year.
“I love how my teammates know how to have fun and joke around with each other but we also know when it’s time to get serious and focused. I also love how hardworking and competitive we all are,” said Kelly. “I love representing Lindsay because as a small town we all come together when good and bad things happen and the people here are so sweet and will always step up to help others.”
Also a member of National Honor Society, Kelly excels in the classroom as well. “My favorite subject is history and my favorite teacher is Mrs. Edwards. History is my favorite subject because it’s so interesting to me to learn about different events and things that have happened in the past, Mrs. Edwards definitely makes history even more interesting by making her class fun and memorable,” said Kelly.
Kelly said her future plans include college and starting a career. “I plan on going to college after I graduate and pursuing a job in the medical field,” said Kelly.
During this time off Kelly has found plenty of things to keep herself busy, in and out of the house. “I have been fishing, baking, doing crafts with family, and just spending time with family and friends,” said Kelly. “My family has always been so supportive of me in whatever I do. I love them and am so thankful for them! I hope everyone is staying healthy and safe.”
